Hi Susan,

Thanks.. but I have already mentioned in my initial post that I have tried all these... the agent throws an error ""AMgr: Agent ('RenameReservations and SendNotice Rename' in 'LotussupportResource.nsf') message box: An error occurred while renaming existing reservations. Error > Object variable not set [91]. Please contact database manager.".

I have checked the($RenameResourceHelp) view in the Resource Reservations database and the 'Update My Meetings button' document is there.

Any further ideas?
